Refund Policy

Last updated: 15 August 2026. This policy applies to paid System Access Core programmes confirmed by written enrolment. This website does not take payment directly.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and no programme materials beyond the public syllabus have been issued.

Timeframe

Refund requests must be sent to hello@system-accesscore.click within the windows described here. Late requests are assessed case by case.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw after the cohort starts but before the third live session, you may receive a 50% refund of tuition paid, less any non-recoverable facilitator costs stated on your invoice.

Non-refundable items

Third-party venue fees, already-issued private Atelier discovery days, and custom template packs marked non-refundable on the invoice are excluded from refunds.

Process

Email your full name, cohort name, invoice number, and reason for cancellation. We confirm receipt within two business days and state the refund decision in writing.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. We do not issue cash refunds.

Cancellation by us

If System Access Core cancels a cohort, you may choose a full refund or a free transfer to a later date.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer rights under UK law remain unaffected. Medical emergencies and bereavement may qualify for goodwill transfers even outside standard windows, at our discretion.
